  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Cash on Delivery is our client’s most preferred option.   • How much time does it take for delivery?

  • We ship all orders within 1 day after confirmation. It will take around 5-7 days for the item to reach you. All parcels are shipped through professional third-party courier services.

  • What is your return policy?

  • We offer a 3-day  return policy if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. You can reach out to us via email or whatsapp and once our team verifies your case, you will be elligible for a return.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

  • We are currently delivering worldwide and the customer has to pay the shipping cost. Please note, shipping cost varies depending on the customer's location.

  • Can I ask for a change or refund?

  • If the case is genuine, we offer a 30-days refund policy: you can buy the product and if you are unsatisfied, you can return it within 7-days.

  • Can I cancel my order?

  • What if I receive a wrong product or a product in bad conditions?

  • All products purchased from www.stunnervision.com can be exchanged within 30 days only if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the item does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had purchased. The duration of return processes varies depending on your location.
